Our attractions include working potteries, packaged mini-bricks “for kids of all ages”, sculpture garden, ceramic murals, native wildlife sanctuary (guided tours by arrangement) and of course, the unforgettable 1 hour train ride, up through planted native forest to the ridge-top Eyefull Tower. The train passes sculptural, ceramic artworks on the way. Our craft shop stocks a unique range of home-made crafts, souvenirs and literature. Mike’s main art work is ceramics. He works with layers of lusters (golds etc) to get the magic interaction of light, colour and pattern, firing his work up to 12 times. His are precious pieces, mostly small vases and ring boxes. He also paints and etches.

Petra Meyboden produces a wide range of gas and wood-fired, domestic stoneware pottery, including salt glazed pots. “My pots are freely and sensitively decorated, thrown with an ease which gives them lightness and life! They are a delight to use. Outside my big wood fired kiln and studio there is a sculpture garden with beautiful work, mainly totems, big and small.”
