Steaming into the Auckland Viaduct on board the Coromandel Mussel Harvester Barge were the team from the Coromandel Mussel Kitchen set to cook up a storm of fresh mussels. The new promotional barge suitable named Mussel Mania produced the freshest produce to those gathering in the Auckland Waterfront for the 2012 Annual Seafood Festival. The team made such a great impression on the hungry crowds that the New Zealand Herald reporter just had to pass the queues to step on board.
