Over the five years they’ve played together, the three members have accumulated an impressive instrumental collection featuring the ukulele, cajon, fiddle, Taonga Puoro - traditional Maori instruments, guitar, stomp box, kalimba, various percussive instruments and vocals with lyrics in Te Reo Maori, Rotuman and English.

Calling all Thespians! - Open Auditions - 29th Feb
“Stiff” – written by New Zealander April Philips starts with main character Angel Delight, the illegitimate daughter of a funeral director,
who inherits the business when her father dies – a business of considerable resale value! The only catch is that she must continue to run the business
for a further 5 years before selling . . . Unfortunately she knows nothing about the funeral business, but a lot about prostitution! Certainly not one for the kids,
but looks set to be a hoot for all the adults in the audience! Auditions will be held at the Hauraki House Theatre from 6pm. And its not just actors that
are required – Caro Reid (Director) requires a production team as well. If you wish to get involved then head along on the night of the 29th or
contact Caro for more details 07-8668351. The play looks set to run in June 2012 (date tbc)
