This fair is one of the most popular events on the peninsula, with over 10,000 people flocking to Coromandel Town to enjoy a day of arts, crafts, a wide selection of food stalls showcasing flavours from all over the world, live entertainment, visual arts performances and fun for all the family. Find some unusual gifts to take home with you and soak up the positive atmosphere while you sit in the sun. Get in early as parking close to the festival gets filled up fast. From 10am - late afternoon. Mobile ATM machines on premise and our local BNZ ATM available. (but we recommend you withdraw your cash before you come as queues can be rather long!)

One of the most scenic and challenging multisport races on the calendar. Three races that start close to and finish in the township of Coromandel
The Moehau - 66km Multisport race. Set in the shadow of the Moehau the race includes Sea kayaking, mountain biking and off road running. The race is open to individuals and teams of up to 4 people.
The Moehau Tri – 54km Off road Triathlon. Includes a 1.5km 0cean swim at Waitete Bay, 12km Off road run and 36km of mountain biking.
